Centre for Women in Leadership

To empower women to lead and transform societies by advancing gender equality, breaking barriers, and driving sustainable community impact.

The MANCOSA Centre for Women in Leadership was formulated to provide a platform that promotes gender equality, fostering leadership skills, and creating opportunities for women in leadership roles across various sectors.

The centre often works through research, advocacy, education, and mentorship programs to break down the barriers women face in professional settings, such as gender biases, glass ceilings, and unequal representation in decision-making positions.

The centre also supports community impact projects that address key socio-economic challenges such as GBV, period poverty and lack of community resources.
